  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup seasoned panko crumbs
  • Olive oil spray
  • Ketchup or BBQ sauce (optional for dipping)

Cooking Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Step 3: In one mixing bowl, beat the large egg. In two separate bowls, place the seasoned breadcrumbs and the seasoned panko crumbs.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle the kosher salt over the chicken tenderloins.
  5. Step 5: Dip each chicken tenderloin first into the beaten egg, then coat it in the seasoned breadcrumbs, and finally in the seasoned panko crumbs.
  6. Step 6: Place the breaded chicken tenders onto the prepared baking sheet, lightly spray with olive oil spray, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Let the chicken tenders rest before serving with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding paprika or garlic powder to the chicken.
  • Use crushed crackers or cornflakes as a substitute for breadcrumbs.
