- Gather all the ingredients listed above. Make sure your banana is frozen and broken into chunks for optimal blending.
- In your blender, add the frozen banana chunks along with your choice of milk. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth. If it's too thick, add a little more milk.
- Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender. Blend again until everything is well combined and silky smooth.
- Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup or honey if needed. Add more cayenne for extra heat if desired.
