In a separate bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and all-purpose flour.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
Fold in the shredded zucchini and chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle any reserved chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
