- Step 1: Prepare Your Baking Sheet - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Make the Toffee - In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Step 3: Cook the Mixture - Allow the mixture to boil undisturbed for about 8-10 minutes. Aim for 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Step 4: Pour the Toffee - Carefully pour the hot toffee onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer. Let it cool for about 10-15 minutes.
- Step 5: Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar - Mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Step 6: Melt the White Chocolate - Melt the white melting wafers until smooth using a double boiler or microwave.
- Step 7: Coat the Toffee - Pour the melted white chocolate over the toffee and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
- Step 8: Cool and Break - Allow the toffee to cool completely, then break into pieces and enjoy!
