Ingredients
  

  • 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon almond extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened coconut flakes, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix well until fully coated.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden brown.
  5. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Store macaroons in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
  • For longer storage, refrigerate for up to a week.
  • Freeze for up to 3 months, separating layers with parchment paper.
