  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon warm spice complementing sweetness
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut sugar, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats and milk to the peanut butter mixture. Ensure everything is well combined.
  3. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and mix again until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips for a delightful cookie dough flavor.
  5. In a jar or container, layer the oat mixture with the remaining vanilla Greek yogurt.
  6. Seal the container with a lid and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  7. In the morning, stir the oats, top with additional mini chocolate chips, and enjoy!
