Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients - Gather all your ingredients, wash and peel the shrimp, season the chicken, and mince the garlic.
Step 2: Cook the Pasta - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Sauté the Chicken - In a large skillet, heat half of the olive oil, add chicken, season, and cook until golden brown. Remove and slice.
Step 4: Cook the Shrimp - In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and garlic, sauté, then add shrimp and season. Cook until pink and opaque.
Step 5: Combine Everything - Add sliced chicken back to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to combine. Adjust with pasta water or olive oil if needed.
