Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth, then add eggs, milk, corn syrup, and vanilla extract.
Step 4: Sift cocoa powder, flour, and salt into the wet mixture. Fold gently to combine.
Step 5: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
Step 7: Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 8: Once cool, sprinkle the candy-coated chocolate on top and gently press down.
