- Add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and maple syrup (or powdered sugar) to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides with a spatula as needed, until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mousse to serving dishes and serve immediately, or chill for at least 1 hour to thicken before serving.
