- If not already prepared, peel and seed the 2 ripe avocados; scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor. Add 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt, 1 clove minced garlic, 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon finely chopped seeded jalapeño pepper, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin.
- Pulse, then blend the mixture until smooth, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides with a spatula so everything combines evenly.
- Taste the dip and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste; blend briefly one more time to incorporate the seasoning.
- Scrape the dip into a serving bowl and smooth the top.
- Serve immediately with pita chips, tortilla chips, or cut-up veggies.
