Bacon

  • 8 strips bacon Cooked until crispy

Pasta

  • 16 ounces spaghetti Cook according to package instructions

Creamy Sauce

  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix 1 packet
  • 1 cup milk

Chicken

  • 3 cups cooked chicken Chopped or shredded

Cheese

  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese Shredded, divided

Garnish

  • to taste fresh parsley Finely chopped

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease. Once cool, chop into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  • Step 2: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, and milk. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  • Step 4: To the pot with the cooked spaghetti, add the chopped or shredded chicken, cooked bacon, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Pour the creamy sauce over the mixture and stir until well coated.
  • Step 5: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and pour the spaghetti mixture into the dish. Spread it out evenly and top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Step 6: Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, with slightly golden edges.
  • Step 7: Once baked, let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using smoked bacon or turkey bacon. You can also add vegetables for a nutritional boost or use rotisserie chicken to save time.
