Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and grated Parmesan; toss until the gnocchi are evenly coated.
Transfer the coated gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single layer or as evenly as possible.
Air fry for 13–15 minutes, shaking the basket 3–4 times during cooking to promote even browning.
Cook until the gnocchi are golden and crispy on the outside.
Serve immediately with extra Parmesan, chopped parsley, and marinara sauce on the side if desired.
