  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds Shelled
  • ½ cup Almond slivers Toasted

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Broccoli - Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  • Step 2: Combine the Salad Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced red onion, raisins, shelled sunflower seeds, and toasted almond slivers.
  • Step 3: Make the Dressing - In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, rice vinegar, honey, and salt until smooth.
  • Step 4: Toss and Serve - Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and gently toss until everything is well coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir in a little Greek yogurt or vinegar if the dressing thickens.
