Instructions
  1. Put 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt in a small bowl.
  2. Add 1/4 teaspoon curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon honey to the bowl.
  3. Whisk everything together until smooth and the spices are evenly distributed, about 30–60 seconds.
  4. Taste and add salt to taste, stirring to combine (start with a small pinch and adjust as needed).
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld (optional), then serve with whole-grain crackers or vegetables.
