Gather all your ingredients. Chop the dates and dried figs into small pieces.
In a microwave-safe bowl, break the dark chocolate into smaller pieces. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
Once your chocolate is melted, gently fold in the chopped dates, dried figs, and pomegranate seeds.
Spoon the chocolate and fruit mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
Place the molds or baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set.
Once set, pop the candies out of the molds or break them apart if using a baking sheet.
