Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese sharp
  • 1 cup dill pickles diced or chopped small
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle relish
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill finely minced; divided
  • 1 tablespoon dill flavored ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a spatula to mix them together until well blended and creamy.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and half a cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese. Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Add the dill pickles and dill pickle relish to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add fresh minced dill, the dill flavored ranch seasoning mix, and Worcestershire sauce to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  5. Using plastic wrap or parchment paper, scoop the mixture and shape it into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Once firm, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator, unwrap, and place it on a serving platter. Serve with crackers, fresh veggies, or pretzel crisps.

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best flavor and texture.
  • Let the cheese ball chill for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  • This cheese ball can be frozen for up to three months; thaw overnight before serving.
