  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped plus more for garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Gather all your ingredients including softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt or sour cream, pickle juice, fresh dill, and dill pickles.
  • Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt (or sour cream). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 3: Add the pickle juice, fresh dill, and finely chopped dill pickles to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • Step 4: Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning with more pickle juice or dill if desired.
  • Step 5: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Step 6: Stir the dip before serving and garnish with additional chopped dill pickles and fresh dill.

Notes

For a smoother dip, use an electric mixer. This dip pairs well with pita chips, baguette slices, or fresh vegetables.
