Preheat the air fryer to 250°F (120°C) for 5 minutes.
Place 6–12 large eggs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook to desired doneness: 13 minutes for soft-boiled, 15 minutes for medium, or 17 minutes for hard boiled.
While the eggs cook, fill a large bowl with ice and cold water to make an ice bath.
When the timer finishes, transfer the eggs immediately to the ice bath and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Crack and peel the eggs, or refrigerate and peel under cool running water when ready to use.
