Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: Cut chicken into 6-8 thin pieces and pound to even thickness (1/2 inch).
  3. Step 3: Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Step 4: Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Step 5: Arrange breaded chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
