  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon This will give your chips that irresistible flavor.
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or cooking spray Use melted butter for richness or cooking spray for a lighter version.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures that your chips bake evenly and get nice and crispy.
  2. Using a knife or pizza cutter, slice the tortillas into triangles. Aim for 6-8 pieces per tortilla, depending on the size you prefer.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar (or monk fruit) and ground cinnamon. Stir well to combine, ensuring that there are no clumps.
  4. If using melted butter, brush it onto one side of each tortilla triangle. If you prefer cooking spray, lightly spray both sides of the tortilla triangles for a healthier option.
  5. Generously sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered side of the tortillas. Make sure each piece is well coated for maximum flavor.
  6. Place the coated tortilla triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet. Make sure they are not overlapping to ensure they bake evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  8. Once baked, remove the tortilla chips from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. This allows them to crisp up even more. Serve with your favorite dips or enjoy them plain!
