  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 1 ½ cups flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Grease your 9x5 inch loaf pan with a little butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Then, add the melted butter, vanilla extract, and whisked eggs, mixing until well combined.

  5. Step 5: Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, folding gently with a spatula.
