  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate coarsely chopped

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Unroll the pie crust and fit it into your 9-inch pie dish. Trim excess crust and prick the bottom with a fork.
  3. Step 3: Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Cool slightly.
  4. Step 4: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate mixture with sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Whisk well, then stir in the flour and fold in the chocolate chips.
