Method

Method
  1. Gather Ingredients: Start by measuring out all your ingredients. This will make the mixing process a breeze.
  2. Combine the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) and Dijon mustard. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Add Flavor Elements: Next, add the lemon juice, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce (or coconut aminos). Stir well to incorporate.
  4. Mix in Anchovy Paste and Parmesan: Add in the anchovy paste and finely grated Parmesan cheese. Continue whisking until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.
  5. Season to Taste: Sprinkle in the kosher salt and ground black pepper. Adjust seasoning as desired, and give it one final whisk.
  6. Chill and Serve: Transfer the dressing to a storage container and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter dressing, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
  • Make it vegan by substituting vegan mayo and omitting anchovy paste.
  • Adjust the garlic to your taste for a milder flavor.
