Preparation Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chicken with the mayonnaise, Johnny's seasoning, sea salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well until all the chicken is coated in the creamy mixture.
- Fold in the diced tomato and chopped cilantro gently into the chicken mixture.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Take slices of your good bread and spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture on one slice. If you're using shredded cheese, sprinkle some on top before placing another slice of bread on top.
- Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Once out of the oven, let them cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.
