- Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Prepare the Baking Pan - Grease your 9x13 inch baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- Step 3: Combine Dry Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
- Step 4: Mix Wet Ingredients - In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, mashed bananas, and lemon juice.
- Step 5: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Use an electric mixer to blend until just combined.
