- Begin by seasoning each Beyond Burger patty with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet or on a grill over medium heat, melt the softened butter. Once hot, add the seasoned Beyond Burger patties. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they achieve a beautiful golden-brown crust.
- While the patties are cooking, slice the sesame hamburger buns in half. Place them cut-side down on the skillet or grill for a minute or two until they are lightly toasted and golden.
- Once the patties are cooked and the buns are toasted, assemble your burgers starting with the bottom half of the bun, adding mayonnaise, lettuce, a patty, ketchup, tomato slices, onion rings, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve the burgers immediately while they’re still warm and enjoy!
