Easy Pull-Apart Pizza Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder divided
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, peppers, onions, sausage, etc.)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce for serving

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Rolling Pin
  • Baking sheet or dish
  • Sharp knife or pizza cutter
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Brush one tablespoon of olive oil over the surface of the dough. Sprinkle half of the garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning evenly across the dough.
  4. Evenly spread the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the seasoned dough. Add your favorite pizza toppings generously across the cheese.
  5. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the dough into squares or rectangles.
  6. Carefully stack the cut pieces of dough in a greased baking dish or on a baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the remaining tablespoon of olive oil with the remaining garlic powder. Drizzle this mixture over the stacked dough pieces.
  8. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Once baked, remove the Easy Pull-Apart Pizza Bread from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
  • You can use store-bought pizza dough for convenience.
