Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Oil

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Seasoning

  • 1.25 ounces taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons homemade)

Dressing

  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing

Taco Shells

  • 8 pieces soft taco flour tortillas or hard taco shells

Instructions

  • Step 1: Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. This will help them cook quickly and evenly.
  • Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and sprinkle the taco seasoning over them. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Step 3: Lower the heat and add the ranch dressing to the skillet. Stir well and allow it to warm through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 4: Warm your taco shells or tortillas as per the package instructions. Spoon the ranch chicken mixture into each taco shell.
