Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and stir in the shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the rolled bliss balls on a parchment-lined plate or container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
