Total Time 20 minutes
Servings: 3 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Everything But The Bagel sesame seasoning
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 to 1.25 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenders
  • ranch, blue cheese dressing, or ketchup for serving optional

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Aluminum Foil
  • large zip-top plastic bag
  • Medium bowl
  • Fork

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine the panko and Everything But The Bagel seasoning in a large zip-top bag and shake to mix.
  3. Crack the egg into a medium bowl and lightly beat with a fork. Add the chicken tenders and toss to coat each piece with egg.
  4. Transfer the egg-coated chicken to the bag with the panko mixture, seal the bag, and shake until each tender is evenly coated. Press any loose crumbs onto sparsely coated areas.
  5. Arrange the coated tenders in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between pieces.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, flipping the tenders halfway through, until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately with ranch, blue cheese, ketchup, or your preferred dip.

Notes

  • Use a zip-top bag to make coating easier and less messy.
  • Press extra panko onto spots that need more coverage.
  • Flip once during baking for even browning.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
