Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Sausage - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the maple breakfast sausage links and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3: Whisk the Eggs - In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk until blended. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Scramble the Eggs - Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet, add remaining canola oil if needed, and pour in the eggs. Scramble until fully set.
