Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups healthy Nutella a creamy, chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup a natural sweetener
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour provides a gluten-free base
  • 2 cups chocolate chips for extra chocolaty goodness

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the 2 cups of healthy Nutella and 1/2 cup of maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Gradually add in 3/4 cup of coconut flour to the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
  4. Step 4: Gently fold in 2 cups of chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Step 5: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  6. Step 6: Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
  7. Step 7: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • Freeze cookies in a single layer, then transfer to a zip-top bag for up to 3 months.
  • Warm in the microwave for a few seconds to restore their fudgy texture.
