- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: Wash the Russet potatoes thoroughly and cut each into wedges, about 8 wedges per potato.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with the olive oil and ranch dressing mix. Toss well to coat.
- Step 4: Place the seasoned potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Step 5: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Step 6: Pour the garlic butter over the baked wedges and toss gently to coat.
- Step 7: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before baking.
