Potatoes
  • 4 large Russet potatoes
Oil and Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix (1 packet)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: Wash the Russet potatoes thoroughly and cut each into wedges, about 8 wedges per potato.
  3. Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with the olive oil and ranch dressing mix. Toss well to coat.
  4. Step 4: Place the seasoned potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Step 5: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Step 6: Pour the garlic butter over the baked wedges and toss gently to coat.
  7. Step 7: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before baking.
