Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures that your brownies bake evenly.
- Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Ghirardelli Brownie Mix, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, water, and eggs until well blended. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, using a rubber spatula to spread the batter evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- Freeze brownies for up to 3 months for longer storage.
- Rewarm in the microwave for 10-15 seconds for a gooey treat.
