Ingredients
  

  • 1 package King Arthur GF Bread & Pizza Mix
  • 1 cup milk (240 ml, dairy or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (21 grams)
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup sugar (100 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (30 ml, vegetable or melted coconut)
  • ¾ cup butter (170 grams, melted)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, pour in the package of King Arthur GF Bread & Pizza Mix. Set it aside for now.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, honey, eggs, and oil until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Add the melted butter and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  5. Grease your loaf pan with butter or oil.
  6. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • For longer storage, slice and freeze the brioche wrapped in plastic wrap.
  • Toast slices straight from the freezer for a quick treat!
