Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, sugar, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
Melt the Private Selections Roasted Garlic & Herb Finishing Butter and add it to the dry mixture. Fold in the grated cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, combine the cold milk with the melted butter. Stir gently until combined.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop the biscuit dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
