Ingredients
  

For the Bagels:
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Combine Ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Stir until a dough begins to form.
  3. Step 3: Knead the Dough. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface. Knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Step 4: Shape the Bagels. Divide the dough into four portions, roll each into a ball, and poke a hole through the center.
  5. Step 5: Prepare for Baking. Place shaped bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. Step 6: Add Toppings. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of the bagels.
  7. Step 7: Bake. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Step 8: Cool and Enjoy. Let the bagels cool on a wire rack, then slice, toast, and enjoy!
