Method
- Prepare the green chile chicken according to its recipe and keep warm in the slow cooker.
- Arrange taco shells on a platter or in a taco holder so guests can assemble easily.
- Place the green chile chicken and all toppings (pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese, shredded lettuce, green onions, cilantro, extra green chiles) in separate serving bowls with spoons or tongs.
- Let everyone build their own tacos by adding the chicken and desired toppings to each shell.
