  • 1 cup Cheese any melting cheese like cheddar, gouda, or mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons Butter for spreading on the outside of the bread

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Gather your ingredients on the counter for a smooth process.
  2. Step 2: Spread a generous layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Step 3: On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer your chosen cheese.
  4. Step 4: Spread 2-4 tablespoons of mango chutney on top of the cheese.
  5. Step 5: Assemble the sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
  6. Step 6: Heat your skillet over medium heat until warm.
  7. Step 7: Grill the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Step 8: Flip the sandwiches and grill the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  9. Step 9: Once both sides are golden and the cheese is melted, slice and serve warm.
