Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 3 pounds chicken wings, tips cut off

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning

Honey Sriracha Sauce

  • ¼ cup butter
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup sriracha

Dipping Sauces

  • 1 serving Thick & Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing for serving
  • 1 serving Homemade Ranch Dressing for serving

Instructions

  • Step 1: Clean the chicken wings thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Step 2: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and poultry seasoning. Toss the chicken wings until evenly coated and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Step 3: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add honey and sriracha. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Step 4: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C).
  • Step 5: Grill the wings for 10-12 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
  • Step 6: Toss the grilled wings in the honey sriracha sauce and serve immediately with dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, let them cook without flipping until they release easily from the grill grates.
