Instructions
Step 1: Clean the chicken wings thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and poultry seasoning. Toss the chicken wings until evenly coated and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add honey and sriracha. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 4: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C).
