Ingredients

Pineapples

  • 2 pieces ripe pineapples, peeled and cored Choose firm but slightly tender pineapples.

Glaze

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Pineapples - Peel and core the pineapples, then cut them into thick slices or wedges.
  • Step 2: Make the Glaze - In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  • Step 3: Preheat the Grill - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Step 4: Coat the Pineapples - Brush each pineapple slice liberally with the prepared glaze.
  • Step 5: Grill the Pineapples - Place the glazed pineapple slices on the grill and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Step 6: Serve and Enjoy - Remove the pineapples from the grill and serve warm, optionally brushing with leftover glaze.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
