Ribeye Steaks

Marinade Ingredients

1teaspoondried thyme or rosemary

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Marinade - Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey or maple syrup, and dried thyme or rosemary in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Marinate the Steaks - Place ribeye steaks in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3: Preheat Your Grill - Preheat your grill to high heat.
Step 4: Season the Steaks - Remove steaks from marinade, let excess drip off, and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Grill the Steaks - Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes on one side, flip, and grill for another 3-4 minutes for medium-rare.
