Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 oz Bakers white chocolate melted and cooled
  • 2 to 4 tbsp half and half or milk or whipping cream
  • 1 pinch salt optional
  • 1 cup Gummy bears for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line your cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  3. Cream together the softened butter and 2 cups of powdered sugar until fluffy and light in color.
  4. Pour in the melted and cooled white chocolate into the butter mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the remaining powdered sugar and mix well, adding half and half until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Scoop the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full, and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Cool the cupcakes in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cool, frost each cupcake generously with the white chocolate frosting.
  9. Top each frosted cupcake with a few gummy bears.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, swap white chocolate for dark chocolate.
  • Try different candies like jelly beans for a fun twist.
  • Store cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
