  • up to 1/4 cup milk of choice (only if needed for consistency)
  • Sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (or sugar-free chocolate chips)
  • 2-3 tbsp quick oats or almond flour or flax meal (as needed to thicken)

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chickpeas - Start by draining and rinsing the chickpeas or white beans thoroughly. This step is crucial to remove any excess sodium and improve the flavor.

  3. Step 3: Adjust Consistency - If the mixture is too thick, gradually add in your choice of milk. Blend until you achieve your desired consistency. The dip should be smooth but still thick enough to hold its shape.
  4. Step 4: Sweeten to Taste - Add your sweetener of choice to the mixture. Start with a small amount, blend, and taste. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
