Ingredients
  

  • 5 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (30 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour (6 grams)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk (optional but recommended)
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter extract (optional but recommended)
  • 1/2 tablespoon dairy-free mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, coconut flour, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Add the unsweetened applesauce and, if using, almond milk and butter extract. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Fold in the dairy-free mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
