- Begin by melting the 1 cup of salted butter.
- Once the butter is melted, add the 2/3 cup of Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder to the bowl. Mix it well until fully combined.
- Gradually add in the 3 cups of powdered sugar, alternating with the 1/3 cup of milk. Mix on low speed until combined.
- Add the 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture and mix to enhance the flavor.
- Whip the frosting for about 2-3 minutes until it’s light and fluffy. Adjust with more milk if too thick.
