In a small mixing bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice, and 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco until smooth.
Arrange the 8 medium skin-removed drumsticks in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
Spoon the hoisin-lime mixture over the drumsticks, spreading it to coat the tops and sides evenly.
Bake uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let rest a few minutes before serving.
