Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Grease your 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour with a spatula, being careful not to overmix.
  6. Fold in the semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment paper to cool completely before slicing.
