  • Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients. Start by assembling all of your ingredients. Having everything ready makes the cooking process smoother and more enjoyable.
  • Step 2: Combine the Base Ingredients. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 1 cup of white vinegar, and 1 cup of honey.
  • Step 3: Add the Flavor Boosters. Add in 2 tablespoons of molasses, 2 teaspoons of ground mustard powder, 1 ½ teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 ½ teaspoons of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of pepper. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
  • Step 4: Simmer the Sauce. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 5: Taste and Adjust. After simmering, taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings if needed.
