Instructions
Step 1: Gather all the ingredients on your kitchen counter.
Step 2: Chop the Italian parsley, fresh dill, and chives finely.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Add the minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar vinegar to the creamy mixture. Whisk until well blended.
Step 5: Taste and adjust the seasoning to your preference.
Step 6: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
For a thicker dressing, reduce the amount of buttermilk. Let it chill for at least one hour for the best flavor.
